The weekends here in Baja for us have been my favorites. There is no need for internet for the work week so we get to explore so many more places. For the next couple nights, we found a sweet spot at El Conejo. We actually got here later than we anticipated and had to drive down a narrow 10 mile dirt road to get this spot. Not having our trailer in tow made this experience a lot stressful. It would have impossible to drive this road with our wide body Airstream.
Our buddy Chris (@go.wildly on Instagram) took the sandy spot closest to the ocean with his old puppy and his truck bed tent.
We settled into a spot on the harder packed sand with the Wand’rly crew.
Pudding snacks and legos under our Four Wheel Camper’s ARB Awning.
Just steps from our home on wheels, the kids went straight to work at building a vacation home.
Cooling off in the Pacific Ocean.
Whisper. Whisper. Whisper.
Oh no.
Guess he didn’t like that too much. Mean Chris.
That golden hour light.
Did someone say it’s the perfect time for some jump shots?
It’s going to be so sandy in the truck camper tonight.
But worth it.

Did someone say muffins?
Give it to me!

Photo heavy post with little words. Just a relaxing weekend.

Renee and the kids.
Did someone say it’s jumping time again?
And that’s it for El Conejo, Baja.
Thanks for following along,
Marlene
