Hello from Guerrero Negro, Baja, Mexico! Before we settle down for a few days in town, we make sure we get a decent amount of groceries and purified water.
We ended up back at Mallarimo Hotel and RV Park once again. Here is an old blog post from our stay here in 2016. The kids were soooo little. Ahh. We are usually here for whales but it’s too early in the season so we use our time here to catch up with some laundry, school and work.
It’s not the best place for the cats but they are adaptable and flexible just like us.
Inside while dogs are roaming around, outside when they feel it’s safe.
Mornings in the van are slow. Today was papaya time. Luka tried it once again and wasn’t a fan.
Daily family walks sometimes include errands or nature or treats or food. Today we are headed to our favorite fish taco truck.
On our way there, we, of course, meet some friendly pups.
While they were distracted playing, we ran away so they wouldn’t follow us to the food truck.
Hello again, old friend. Oh, how we’ve missed you, Tacos Muelle aka Tony’s Taco! Instead of being on the main drag, he is now located a couple of blocks away with plans of opening up a restaurant.
Made fresh to order. So crunchy. Seasoned perfectly. Simple and delicious salsa bar.
Somehow the kids always make room for ice cream. Today was soft serve from the Ley’s grocery store.
The next day we decided to try out Señor Tacos. Also delicious.
With a genius napkin dispenser above each table.
The kids opted for treats from the market instead of ice cream today. Drinks all around.
Once the park cleared out, we moved a few spots over so can use this little table area.
Where the kids played Minecraft and Roblox with their online friends.
The cats at sunset. Toby climbed tree stumps.
And Twin gave everyone the evil eye.
And now he’s peeking at the hotel/restaurant part of of the property.
Dan practiced some tunes at the back of our van. And that concludes our stop here.
Here is the vlog Dan made for our stay here:
And here is the Instagram stories that I made:
Thanks for following along on our family’s adventure around the world,
Marlene
