In the US, we would avoid this type of place at all costs and head to a more authentic place&#8230; but here? Thousands of miles away from Mexico and the west coast of the US? All bets are off. Haha.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"46226238914\" src=\"https:\/\/farm8.static.flickr.com\/7837\/46226238914_21fd2bbbfb_c.jpg\" alt=\"Driving to and exploring Durr\u00ebs, Albania blog.\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No, it wasn&#8217;t authentic. Not even close but it hit the spot. We all miss Mexican food so much.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"39986295903\" src=\"https:\/\/farm8.static.flickr.com\/7824\/39986295903_c9e6f5d991_c.jpg\" alt=\"Driving to and exploring Durr\u00ebs, Albania blog.\" \/><\/p>\n<p>5 entrees at this touristy spot cost us $21 USD plus another $10.50 for drinks all around. Not bad at all. We usually skip drinks because it&#8217;s crazy that they cost half as much as a meal. The promise of Mexican food made us break all kinds of our own rules. Haha.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"46036833365\" src=\"https:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4904\/46036833365_d72d8ceec8_c.jpg\" alt=\"Driving to and exploring Durr\u00ebs, Albania blog.\" \/><\/p>\n<p>While we travel abroad, we also have another rule called &#8220;Ice cream every day!&#8221; No explanation\u00a0needed. Actually, the whole country has a large stray dog population. But there wasn&#8217;t a height chart anywhere so maybe any kid here is tall enough.
