Ever since we got to the keys, every time we change sites we are progressively moving further and further away from the water. We started at Bahia Honda where we were so close to the water, Marlene often felt like we were floating away to sea when she glanced up at our wraparound windows by the dinette.<\/p>\n

\"Day<\/a><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In Long Key, we were just a few steps further with our own little beachfront property next to the Atlantic. Here at Curry Hammock, we can see the ocean, but we are not on it anymore.<\/p>\n

\"Day<\/a><\/p>\n

Today, we are moving across the campground to a site that will no longer give us a view of the water. We are probably no further away from the water except the new spot is right on the other side of the fence from the playground so the view is a bit obstructed.<\/p>\n

\"Day<\/a><\/p>\n

This is what our new site will be backed up against. A ‘friendly-neighbor’ fence and lot of greenery.<\/p>\n

While I pulled the Mish out of our current site, Marlene and the kids took the opportunity to hit the playground for our daily routine. We were at the other site for 4 days. We will spend 4 more days at this site before moving to our final stay in the keys for 4 more days at John Pennekamp Coral Reef Park in Key Largo.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Today the waters are beautifully calm. Curry Hammock is a popular spot for kite boarders but since there was hardly any wind, no kite boarders are here.<\/p>\n

\"Day<\/a><\/p>\n

Even though our new site is just a stones throw from the playground, we actually have to walk all the way around the front gate to get to it.<\/p>\n

\"Day<\/a><\/p>\n

So just what kind of boring and mundane activities do you think we are doing today in paradise? A puzzle of course! Who wants to go hang out at the beach when we can sit inside and jam pieces of strangely-shaped cardboard up against each other.<\/p>\n

This is actually Ava’s first grown up puzzle she has ever done. She has always loved puzzles and I think we might have created a monster with this one.<\/p>\n

300 pieces in the bag! I was surprised that all of the pieces were there being that this is a publicly shared puzzle at the campground.<\/p>\n

Not bad huh Luka? You keep working on these stackable rainbow cups and one day you will be just like your big sister.<\/p>\n
