Hi. I’m Ava and I’m back at the Living Desert. Last time I was here I was much smaller… and hotter. Remember?<\/a>

The Living Desert<\/a> is awesome. Some of their animals are actual rehabbed animals that are not releasable for one reason or another. My Mama works as a wildlife rehabber in her spare time and has a special place in her heart for these guys.

Hello there Mr. Red Tailed Hawk.

I got to see real coyotes and not so real ones too.

And a little fox that reminded me of Dora the Explorer’s nemesis, Swiper<\/a>.

Swiper no swiping! Swiper no swiping! Swiper no swiping! Oh Man!!!

So if you are wondering how we rolled, we rolled with two strollers, literally. One for me. One for Mila.

Mila alternated between sleeping…

Check out the elegant egrets.
