See that rock in the distance? That&#8217;s the Rock of Gibraltar and just beyond that is Africa.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"49541467278\" alt=\"Gibraltar, UK.\" src=\"https:\/\/farm66.static.flickr.com\/65535\/49541467278_926fedb70b_c.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"49541965751\" alt=\"Gibraltar, UK.\" src=\"https:\/\/farm66.static.flickr.com\/65535\/49541965751_09747526ed_c.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We opted to pay for parking spot at a marina across the way from Gibraltar but still in Spain. Got it done by a marina guy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"49542194142\" alt=\"Gibraltar, UK.\" src=\"https:\/\/farm66.static.flickr.com\/65535\/49542194142_888276a77b_c.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Alright, time to grab our passports and walk into Gibraltar.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"49541469783\" alt=\"Gibraltar, UK.\" src=\"https:\/\/farm66.static.flickr.com\/65535\/49541469783_84cccaa4b9_c.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>First time in the UK for the kids. Well, I guess it&#8217;s classified as Overseas UK Territory. Us either. Yikes.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"49541969861\" alt=\"Gibraltar, UK.\" src=\"https:\/\/farm66.static.flickr.com\/65535\/49541969861_a773e811ef_c.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For about $70, the five us took a tram to the top of the Rock of Gibraltar.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"49541466123\" alt=\"Gibraltar, UK.\" src=\"https:\/\/farm66.static.flickr.com\/65535\/49541466123_07d1029e80_c.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When you get off the tram, expect to see monkeys right away and smile.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"49542189822\" alt=\"Gibraltar, UK.\" src=\"https:\/\/farm66.static.flickr.com\/65535\/49542189822_4484936b70_c.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And then within seconds, if they see that you have a backpack, they WILL jump on you and unzip your bag. No joke. They are looking for snacks. And if your camera is on top of your snacks, they will throw your camera on the ground. I&#8217;m still not joking.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"49541467328\" alt=\"Gibraltar, UK.\" src=\"https:\/\/farm66.static.flickr.com\/65535\/49541467328_805c5d6f32_c.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Hurry up, mama. Like a lot. But this was intense. Like I was in some kind of video game with zombies. Haven&#8217;t seen all English signs in soooo long. Everyone recommended Carlos for tickets so that is where we went.
