Cooking in a trailer can be a challenge. Space is sparse and tools are limited. We are making a series of videos with easy-to-make meals we’ve had in our Airstream. I am not a gourmet chef but I do enjoy cooking. I hope you too enjoy watching these and maybe try to make it yourself some day.

Ingredients:

1. Organic Whole Milk – 1 Cup
2. Organic White Cheddar Cheese – 8 oz. by weight
3. Organic Ricotta Cheese – 1/2 cup
4. Organic Parmesan Cheese – 1/4 cup
5. Organic Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni – 8 oz. by weight
6. Organic Butter – 1 tablespoons
7. Salt and Pepper – To taste

On Sunday, we left the Airstream parked in front of our house so we could spend the day mopping its dusty floors, inspecting every nook and cranny, and admiring its beauty from our dining room as we decorated Halloween cookies with Ava.

I swear that more frosting and sprinkles ended up in her mouth and on the floor than on the cookies she decorated.
